5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

When making a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren't happy with your course or service, Your Next Bracket offers a refund or credit policy as follows:

Full Refund: Users who request a refund within 10 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided there has not been a request for a rush set up.

Partial Refund: If a refund is requested beyond 10 days of purchase, or within 10 days with a rush set up request, the user will receive a 70% refund. This is to cover the cost of work involved in the initial store set up.

Refund Consideration Period: All refund considerations will be given to those who request within 30 days of purchase.

6. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any course or to modify any course content or the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, or other assessment.

The services and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Next Bracket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.
